How Witline collects, uses, and protects your personal data.

1. Data We Collect

Witline collects only the data required to operate your account and deliver our services: account identifiers, tenant scope, and the business records you create (entities, events, diary entries). We do not sell personal data.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Witline platform — including cross-service event processing, offline sync via Smart Hubs, and AI-assisted classification suggestions. Processing is GDPR-compliant.

3. Data Retention & Erasure

You may exercise your right to erasure at any time. User data is hard-deleted within 30 days of an erasure request (GDPR Art. 17). Business data is archived per statutory retention periods and never silently discarded.
